Your use of our Website and our studio is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
“Class” means a class provided by or on behalf of Goji at its studio or online.
“Class Pack” means the Package that entitles a Client to attend a set number of Classes before the expiry date of the package.
“Class Spot” means an allocated position in a Class that Clients can book and are subject to capacity limits and restrictions.
“Client” means any person that has booked into a class either online or in studio.
“Goji” means Zesa Limited, the company registered in England & Wales under company number 14658284, trading as Goji London and/or Goji Pilates & Yoga Clapham.
“Instructor” means the duly qualified staff member of Goji, hired (either as a self-employed contractor) to lead the class that clients participate in.
“Member” means any client that has purchased an active Membership Subscription.
“Package” means the different types of Packages that a Client may purchase, including but not limited to, a single class, a Class Pack, a Monthly Membership and a Monthly Unlimited Membership.
“Registration Form” means the registration and/or application form completed by a Client whether electronically or otherwise.
“Studio” means Goji or the premises at 11 Old Town, Clapham, SW4 0JT, United Kingdom.
“Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions.
“Website” means www.gojilondon.co.uk
WAIVER
You are responsible for correctly using our studio facilities and agree to observe the conditions of the waiver which is as follows:
Exercise carries its own risks. Your health is your responsibility and you accept that Goji instructors and staff are not medically trained. We ask that you do not exercise beyond your own abilities or carry out activities that you know or believe to be unsuitable for you. When attending classes at Goji, you agree to the following:
- I am participating in classes/workshops/events offered by Goji during which I will receive information and instruction about exercise, yoga, Pilates and general health and wellbeing.
- I recognise that these classes/events/workshops may require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
- I recognise that I will be sharing a room with other members of the public and potentially increasing the risk of contracting Covid-19 or other viruses, I am fully aware of this risk.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in this class/event/workshop.
- I am physically fit and have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in this class/event/workshop.
- I agree to notify Goji if my health and/or any medical conditions change/arise.
- If I am pregnant or become pregnant, I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.
- I understand that from time to time during classes/events/workshops, the instructor may physically adjust students’ form and posture. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will inform the instructor at each class I attend.
- I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time.
- There may be occasions when equipment is used during the class/event/ workshop. I assume all responsibility for the use of this equipment.
- I accept full and sole responsibility for any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with classes/events/workshops.
- I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Goji for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in Goji classes/events/workshops.
- I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave a class or refuse access to a class if we reasonably consider that your conduct is damaging to our reputation, the experience of other customers, in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it would otherwise be in the interests of our other customers.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND HOW DO WE USE IT?
We may collect and process the following data about you:
Information that you provide to us by filling in forms on the Website or Momence App, including the information that we collect from you when you register to use our Website (name, telephone number, email address, home address, password and, in some cases, billing address and credit card information). If you attend classes at Goji and you wish to access your account details through our Website or the Momence App, you will be asked to confirm your email address and password.
Details of any transactions you carry out or any orders you make through our Website.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of our correspondence, including when you report a problem with the Website or the Momence App, provide feedback regarding any of our services, or apply for a
job or volunteer position at Goji.
We may also ask you to complete surveys on our services for market research purposes and collect your answers to these surveys. These surveys are not compulsory and you do not have to respond to them.
We use this data for the purposes of delivering our services and providing you with prompt and helpful customer service. In particular, we use your personal data to provide you with news and updates on our services, including updates on our Website, the Momence App, and any changes in our policies, procedures or Terms and Conditions.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Our Services are not intended for those under the age of 18 unless specifically specified e.g yoga minis/ teen yoga or family yoga events. This is due to the insurance policies of our teachers and the experience of our other adult clientele.
DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
As with all information transmitted over the internet, security cannot be guaranteed. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will take reasonable precautions to try to prevent unauthorized access.

You may correct, amend, or request the deletion of your personal data by editing your profile on the website or by emailing us at hello@gojilondon.co.uk
PRICING
The information displayed on the website related to pricing and service availability is subject to
change by Goji without notice. Any direct debit changes will be notified in advance.
PAYMENT
If the online booking is paid by debit or credit card, you authorise Goji to debit the card provided by you without notice to you. Authorised debts include, but are not limited to, all late cancelled or missed classes fines under the monthly unlimited memberships. When paying at the front desk, you can use any major credit or debit card except AMEX. You can also save your card to your account and pay online for greater convenience.
PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Founding Memberships (“Go Full” or “Go Half”)
This is a rolling monthly contract that activates upon the date of sale.
Pass eligible for all class styles.
Pass valid for use by named pass holders only.
Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can be paused for a minimum of one month, pause must run in line with direct debit payment dates.
At least 7 days’ notice for cancellation required before next month's payment is due.
Goji single or class packs products:
(1x single class, 5x class pack, 10x class pack, 20x class pack)
Class packs are valid for use by named pass holders only.
Each class pack expiry activates from the date of purchase. Expiry terms for each class can be viewed on our website. It is your responsibility to use your class pack within the required timeframe.
All class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
LATE ACCESS TO CLASSES
Please arrive at least ten minutes in advance of the class start time.
Many of our classes do not have reception cover. If you are late for class, you will not be able to access the studio. This is to preserve the environment for everyone and respect and minimise disruption for our teachers and the whole community.
VALUABLES LEFT AT OWN RISK
We do not have lockers at our studios.
We cannot guarantee the safety and security of your valuables. Please be mindful of this when deciding what to bring along to class. You are welcome to bring any valuables into the studio space and leave these at the back or by your mat, as desired.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHARGES
We have a strict 8-hour cancellation policy in order for your class credit to be returned. If you do not cancel before the 8-hour cancellation window, you will lose your class credit, but you will not be
charged any additional fees.
If you are a monthly member, you may be subject to a penalty of £15 per late cancellation if you late cancel more than once a month.
If you miss a class without cancelling, a ‘No Show’ fee of £15 will be charged.
SIGN IN
We require that you sign into class prior to the class start time. Please check in at the front desk or with your teacher. Failing to do so will mean you will be listed as a no-show.
Late Cancel/No Show charges will be billed at the start of the month for the previous month from your stored card. Of course, we are aware that unforeseeable issues might arise that may prevent class attendance, we will handle these on a case-by-case basis.
STUDIO CLOSURES
If the studio(s) have to close due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not restricted to pandemics, building works, floods, fires or other emergencies) refunds will not be issued but all passes and memberships will be frozen and extended for the period of time the studio is closed.
TEACHING ARRANGEMENTS
Goji provides classes and workshops taught by the best independent teachers. Goji also provides the space for independent teachers and therapists to provide services such as Pilates, workshops and treatments. Payments for these services may be taken by Goji on behalf of the teacher or therapists.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Goji reserves the right to run promotional discounts and sale offers that may be varied at any point from time to time.

Promotions cannot be combined or backdated.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards will expire 3 months from purchase. We cannot refund any balances remaining.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on gift cards or e-gift cards.
If you are using a Gift Card online and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card number or your account and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.
We reserve the right to amend the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time when we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THE RIGHT TO USE
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
You grant to us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use (including but not limited to publishing, exploiting and modifying) any material you email, post or submit to us. For the avoidance of doubt, we will be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, content, text or images contained in your communications with us for any purpose whatsoever, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
INDEMNITY
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person
accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.
OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to:
Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage or trade.
We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights.
We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in
connection with the Conditions for: Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
Any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
Any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions.
Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
Please note incense sticks may be burnt in the communal areas in our studios and, sometimes, in classes.
SEVERANCE
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.
SURVIVAL
Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
LAW
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
