Important Studio Policies

We’re glad you're here - please familiarise yourself with our policies and studio etiquette.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class. This gives you enough time to check in with your instructor and settle in the space. We run a tight schedule, and studio doors are shut at the start of class. Please do not disturb the class trying if you are late. Note that we do not have any shelter from the weather outside the Clapham Old Town location, so if you arrive earlier than 10 minutes in advance you may be braving the elements!

We have a strict “no latecomers” policy at both studios.

Clapham Old Town: a closed door & shut curtains means that class has started. This location does not have a reception – so we will not interrupt a class that has already started to let you in. Please respect other members, and our class environment that we work so hard to create, by not knocking on the door if it is closed. Rather, email us and we’ll see what we can do for you!

Clapham South: we have a reception that is either tended to by a front of house team, or by the instructor. If you are late and can see there is no one at the desk, the front door will be locked as the instructor has gone to take the class. Please email us and we’ll see what we can do for you!

If you know you can’t make it, please be sure to cancel your booking so that someone else has the opportunity to take your place in a timely manner. We have a 12-hour cancellation window in place. If you cancel before this window, your class credit will be returned to your account. This also allows your Instructor and the studio to class-plan accordingly.

As a boutique studio, our group class environment is everything, and no-shows are unfair for both our instructors and our members (especially with waitlisted classes). So if you haven’t cancelled and fail to show up, you will be automatically charged a £10 no-show fee. To avoid any unnecessary charges, make sure you have been checked in on arrival.

If a class you’d like to attend is showing as full, you can join a waitlist.

How it Works:

  • If a space opens up, you will automatically be added to the class – this can happen up to 45 minutes before the start of class, so do be aware of the commitment.
  • You will receive an email if you do make it off the waitlist. You’ll also receive a text message if you opted to share your number with us.
  • We understand that timing might be tight if you are added from the waitlist and need to change your plans. So the cancellation window for waitlist bookings is ignored, if you made it off the waitlist after our cancellation window has closed.
  • Please be sure to cancel from the waitlist if you can no longer make it. The usual no-show fee will still apply if you fail to cancel and do not show up.

Grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes, and you will not be permitted to use a reformer if you do not have any with you. This is standard industry policy and exists for both safety and hygiene reasons. If you forget to bring your own, you will be asked to purchase a Goji pair from reception for £16 in order to attend the class. Please be kind to our Front of House team, they do not make the rules.

Similarly, a towel is mandatory for all infrared sauna sessions, and you will not be permitted to use the sauna unless you have one with you.  Towels are included in our Memberships, and drop-ins / pack-holders will be provided with a towel at a charge of £3 to cover laundering costs. You are welcome to bring your own towel if you prefer.

Yes we do! Check out our offers here for first-time clients. We also run other offers from time to time so be sure to follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop.

Head to our Schedule and click ‘book’ on the class you’d like to attend. If it’s your first time with us, you’ll need to create an account with your name and email address. You will also be given the option to download the Momence App (this is just your booking system and speeds up bookings for the future).

Whilst we supply mats and all other equipment, you are welcome to bring your own. You’re also welcome to double up on a mat for extra cushion and support, we have extra.

Wear comfortable and supportive active wear. Bring grip socks if you’re booked into reformer. Don’t forget a bottle of water!

Check out our class styles here. Be assured you will be welcomed into any class with open arms and all classes can be modified and adapted to suit your needs on the day. Keep a look out for our “All Levels” classes if you’re a beginner, injured, or if you’re pregnant.

All ClassPass bookings, changes and cancellations must be managed directly through the relevant app, using their customer support team.

Certain membership benefits, studio flexibility, and administrative support are reserved for members who book directly with Goji.

Our Clapham Old Town studio is a boutique mat studio only, and is a minimalist, simple space comprised of x2 studio rooms. Here we do not have a reception to prioritise studio space. There is one WC downstairs with space to change.

Our Clapham South studio is a large, boutique reformer studio, with an infrared sauna. This studio has members’ change rooms, x2 showers, secure lockers, and vanity, as well as a reception area and front of house presence.

We accept all debit and credit cards (excluding AMEX). All payments and bookings must be made online via our website.

If you’ve left something at the studio, don’t worry! We try hold on to any lost property for a couple of months before giving it away to charity. If you think you’ve lost something, please email us immediately and we will be sure to keep it safe for you.

Proper form and safety are our priority, so all of our instructors are encouraged to give hands on adjustments as part of the Goji Method. Your instructor will ask ahead of the class if anyone would prefer not to be adjusted. You can also send us an email if you have any particular concerns so that we can make a note of this for you.

No, we don’t accept payment on site but it’s quick and easy to do online here. Bookings close just 1 minute prior to the start of each class.

You will be asked to quickly wipe down your mat / reformer, and any equipment used during your class. We also clean high touch points in the studio before and after every class and have professional cleans done several times a week.

Absolutely! Growing our community organically is so important to us. If your friend purchases a class pack using your referral link, we will gift you a free class as a little thank you from us. You can get your referral link from your Momence profile.
