Mat Pilates
A full-body mat Pilates class focused on building strong foundations.
With an emphasis on core strength, posture, and alignment, you’ll move through controlled, intentional sequences designed to support how your body feels and functions day to day. Using props such as bands and light weights, you’ll lengthen, strengthen, and tone – whilst developing stability, balance, and body awareness. Expect a steady, considered pace with options to progress, making this class suitable for all levels.
Goji Burn
Mat Pilates & Barre
Our dynamic signature blend of Pilates precision and Barre-inspired fire.
Goji Burn is a low-impact, high-rep class designed to build strength, stability, and postural control while deeply toning from head to toe. Expect targeted sequences, small-range movements, and that signature shake – working into muscles you didn’t even know you had. The burn builds gradually, with a strong focus on endurance and control. Accessible to all levels (pregnancy, beginners, injuries), with progressions offered to keep you challenged.
Goji Sculpt
Mat Pilates
A high-energy mat class designed to build strength, challenge endurance, and deliver a full-body burn.
Blending Pilates with functional strength training, expect dynamic sequences under resistance, with pulses and isometric holds that work deep into every muscle group. It’s low-impact but spicy – with a steady build that keeps you in it, right to the edge. Set to energising playlists, this is movement that feels strong, focused, and seriously effective – helping you build strength, stability, and lasting tone.

A tailored practice combining Pilates and Yoga, focused on areas most affected by pregnancy and birth – back, hips, pelvic floor, and core.
Led by multi-discipline instructors trained in pre- and post-natal movement. (This one is just for the Mums, please do not bring your baby to this class).
Goji Glow
Heated Pilates
Pilates turned up a notch – this class takes place in our heated downstairs studio each week.
This upbeat, high-energy class fuses Pilates and functional strength training with light resistance, pulses, and isometric holds. Still low-impact, but sweatier and spicier – enjoy a full-body burn to energising playlists. This dynamic class offers a more challenging workout to build your strength, stability, and endurance.The added heat aids with detoxification, deepens muscle activation, and enhances mobility. With an ambient temp of 32 degrees, you’ll be glowing in no time! Please note this class is not suitable for pregnancy.

Goji Mums Club
Reformer Pilates
A gentle, supportive space to move, rebuild, and connect – whether you’re preparing for baby’s arrival, or navigating those early months together.
Goji Mums Club is a slower, considered Reformer class designed for mums-to-be (from 6 months+) and new mums easing back into movement. With a focus on core connection, posture, and rebuilding strength safely, each session is guided with care and awareness of both the pre- and postnatal body.
If your baby is already here, you’re very welcome to bring them along – we’ll provide a Moses basket for your little one, or you’re free to use the bassinet from your buggy. There’s no pressure for things to be quiet or perfectly timed — this is a relaxed, understanding environment where you can move at your own pace. Expect gentle, effective exercises that help you reconnect with your body, alongside moments of pause, breath, and reset. Just as importantly, it’s a chance to meet other mums and feel part of a supportive community during this phase. Come as you are – sleep deprived, messy, or feeling good – this club is designed to feel gentle, welcoming, and taken care of.
Goji Power (Strength x Pilates)
Reformer Pilates
Goji Power blends Reformer Pilates with strength-focused training to build muscle, stability, and control – with intention.
Expect deliberate movement, allowing you to work deeper into each exercise and develop strength safely and effectively. With strong spring settings, optional heavier dumbbells, and structured sets, this class brings a more grounded, progressive approach to strength on the Reformer. It’s less about speed, more about time under tension – helping you feel stronger, more stable, and more connected to your body with every session.

Goji Dynamic Flow

Our playful yet powerful take on Vinyasa. Goji Dynamic Flow weaves together creative transitions, energising sequences, and more challenging asanas to build strength, balance, and fluidity in your practice.
Expect a steady, rhythmic flow that keeps you moving – linking breath to movement while exploring slightly more dynamic, layered sequences. There’s space to play, to challenge yourself, and to move with a sense of lightness and ease. Open to all levels, with options to modify or progress throughout – though perhaps more suited to those comfortable with a slightly quicker pace. Uplifting, engaging, and designed to leave you feeling strong, centred, and energised.
Goji Slow Flow

Stretch out and de-stress: this one is slightly slower than our Go Flow classes, here we slow down through purposeful, thoughtful movement.
These Hatha-inspired classes still offer flowing sequences to warm the body, whilst also working in guided meditation and breathwork to help you reach a calmer, quieter headspace.
Goji Flow (Warm)
Heated Yoga
The same as our Goji Flow class, but set in our gently heated downstairs studio.
Don’t worry, it’s not a sauna, but the ambient heat will warm up your muscles quickly, increasing circulation (and thereby detoxification) – not to mention allowing you to really deepen some stretches. An ideal way to move during these chillier mornings! The practice will be a steady, breath-led Vinyasa practice. You’ll flow through grounding poses, stretches, and sequences with options to suit your pace – whether you want to keep it gentle or build on the heat. Either way, it’s an atmosphere that will keep you connected, clear, and inspired long after class.
Goji Zen
Yin & Meditation
This is our bi-monthly offering of a Yin-inspired, restorative practice. One of our favourite extended 75-minute sessions that has been thoughtfully designed for presence and release.
With blankets, bolsters, and other supportive props, you’ll be gently guided through mindful movement and into stillness. The practice is complemented by grounding essential oils to deepen relaxation. Always on a Sunday, we highly recommend this one for a good reset for the week ahead. Every body is welcome.
Goji Zen
Gentle Yoga & Sound
Back by popular demand – our Sound Bath edition of Go Zen is now a bi-monthly class. With an extended 75-minute session, this is your dedicated space to pause, clear the noise, and reset – body and mind.
You’ll begin with a gentle 40-minute slow flow and restorative yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and help you reconnect with your body. Expect mindful movement, supported poses, and nourishing breathwork to ground and centre. The practice is complemented by grounding essential oils to deepen relaxation, before we settle into a 35-minute immersive sound bath. This deeply restorative experience supports nervous system reset, emotional balance, and mental clarity – leaving you feeling calm and restored. Open to all levels, this class is your invitation to slow down, reset, and realign.
The ALL LEVELS label
Classes marked ALL LEVELS are accommodating for beginners, pregnancy, or those working with an injury. They offer the same programming as the original class description, but with a slightly slower flow, more time for adjustments, and appropriate modifications. A great variation to try even if you’re an experienced mover.
