Our main studio is situated on the ground floor, with step-free access. Downstairs, we have a changing room, WC and sink for topping up water bottles. Cubby holes for storage are situated both upstairs and downstairs.

We supply mats and any other equipment that is used throughout your class but you’re welcome to bring your own mat too. We also recommend that you bring a water bottle with you.
