Goji Dynamic Flow | YogaOur playful and powerful take on Vinyasa. Expect creative transitions, energising sequences, and spicy asanas that challenge strength and balance whilst keeping it fun and light-hearted.

All are levels of experience are welcome in this class, but note that it is more dynamic by nature.

Goji Flow | Yoga A fluid, breath-led Vinyasa practice designed to mobilise, strengthen, and restore. Ideal for deepening that mind-body connection. Move through grounding poses, stretches, and sequences with options to suit your pace — whether you want to keep it gentle or build heat. Either way, it’s an atmosphere that will keep you connected, clear, and inspired long after class.

Goji Slow Flow | Yoga – Stretch out and de-stress: slightly slower than our Go Flow classes, here we slow down through purposeful, thoughtful movement. These Hatha-inspired classes still offer flowing sequences to warm the body, whilst also working in guided meditation and breathwork to help you reach a calmer, quieter headspace.

Goji Tone | Mat Pilates A full-body, mat Pilates workout with a focus on core, posture, and alignment. Using props like bands and weights, you’ll lengthen, strengthen, and tone your muscles for a strong, balanced body. Accessible to all levels, with progressions to keep you challenged.

Goji Burn | Mat Pilates & Barre Our dynamic and delicious signature blend of mat Pilates precision + Barre fire. This low-impact, high-rep workout builds strength, stability, and posture while toning muscles you didn’t even know you had! Expect to feel the burn in the best way. Accessible to all levels, with progressions to keep you challenged.

Goji Sculpt | Dynamic Mat Pilates Pilates turned up a notch. This upbeat, high-energy class fuses Pilates, Barre, and functional strength training with light resistance, pulses, and isometric holds. Still low-impact, but sweatier and spicier – enjoy a full-body burn to energising playlists. This dynamic class offers more challenging workout to push your strength, stability, and endurance.

Goji Zen | Yoga & MeditationThis is our monthly offering of a Yin-inspired, restorative practice. One of our favourite monthly sessions that has been thoughtfully designed for presence and release. With blankets, bolsters, and other supportive props, you’ll be gently guided through mindful movement and into stillness. Always on a Sunday, we highly recommend this one for a good reset for the week ahead.

Pilates & Stretch | Pre- & Post-natalThis class offers a tailored practice that gently combines benefits of both Pilates and Yoga, with a focus on the areas most affected by pregnancy and birth—back, hips, pelvic floor and core—helping you feel less discomfort and more mobile and supported with all the changes your body is going through. These weekly sessions are led by multi-discipline instructors who are trained in both pre-natal and post-natal movement.

Goji Glow | Heated Mat Pilates – Same as our Go Sculpt, this one takes place in our heated downstairs studio each week. The added heat aids with detoxification, deepens muscle activation, and enhances mobility. With an ambient temp of 32 degrees, you’ll be glowing in no time!

Please note this class is not suitable for pregnancy.

Our ALL LEVELS Classes

Classes with an “ALL LEVELS” label are accommodating for beginners, pregnancy, or those working with an injury. These classes offer the same programming as the original class, but may have a slightly slower flow, allowing time for adjustments, and appropriate modifications to be made and offered. If you’d like to return to some foundations (which we actually recommend to everyone from time to time), then this is also a great variation of your usual class to try.

Balance can mean different things to different people! We bring balance to a busy lifestyle and provide low-impact cross-training to a full exercise regime. Pick and choose what suits you and your needs.

Everybody and every body is welcomed through our doors with open arms. We know that trying a new place or learning a new practice can be intimidating, but we promote inclusivity and accessibility whilst we connect with our bodies, our minds, and each other.
