Our sauna takes up to 3 people. If you wish to book the sauna for solo use, please select the private sauna option.
For your safety, infrared sauna is not recommended during pregnancy, for those under 16, or for anyone with cardiovascular or heat-sensitive medical conditions; if you have any medical concerns, please seek advice from your GP before booking.
Sauna Packs
If you’d like to make the infrared sauna a part of your regular wellness ritual, our sauna packs offer a lower cost per session and greater flexibility. Sauna access is also seamlessly integrated into selected Goji memberships, allowing you to allocate your credits across reformer & sauna.

Our bespoke infrared sauna sits within our private members’ change rooms – quiet, considered, and intentionally designed. Crafted from premium eucalyptus wood, the space carries a natural warmth and subtle, grounding scent, enhancing relaxation while offering durability and a beautifully refined finish.
Chromotherapy lighting adds a further layer to the experience, using soft, shifting colour to support mood, calm the nervous system, and create a more immersive sense of pause.
Our secure, unisex change rooms have lockers for your belongings, a vanity area with ghd straighteners & hairdryers, and showers with space to change.
